Vojislav Ražnatović finished primary and secondary school in Podgorica. He specialized in plant production and got the master’s degree in fruit and vine production and viticulture at the Bioethical faculty in Podgorica. After completing his interimship at the university (in the wine cellar), he worked for two years in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development of Montenegro, in the Directorate for payments, where he contracted large projects within Measures 1 and 3 related to the primary production and processing of agricultural products within the IPARD II program.Since November 2022, he has been working in the Service for Support of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Capital City of Podgorica, where he continued to work on IPA projects and gained additional knowledge in the area of creating local policies and budgets for agriculture. . He has been a political activist for years with a focus of interest on the European integration of Montenegro and social democracy values.
