Mona Xhexhaj currently holds the position of Executive Director at the Academy of European Integration and Negotiations. Previously, Ms. Xhexhaj served as a Project Coordinator at European Movement International and as a Policy Researcher and Programme Director at European Movement Albania (EMA), demonstrating her expertise in European affairs and policy research. Additionally, Ms. Xhexhaj worked as an External Researcher in the TRAIN Program at the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) and as a Junior External Expert at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. She also served as a Technical Assistance Team Leader at the Union of Chambers of Commerce & Industry of Albania (UCCIAL) and as the National Coordinator at the Albanian Chevening Alumni Association (ACAA). Furthermore, Ms. Xhexhaj has contributed as an Academic Coordinator at the European Movement Albania Academy of Political Studies and at the Alert Center.
