Maša Stevović was born in Podgorica, Montenegro, where she finished both primary and secondary education. She graduated from the Faculty of philology, University of Belgrade, majoring in Italian language and literature and is currently in the process of writing her master / Magister thesis in management. Her professional career included various positions, according to her vast interests. She held positions in management, sales, marketing, NGO activities, translating and lecturing, working and cooperating mainly with foreign companies. In 2022 she was appointed State secretary (deputy/vice minister) in the Ministry of education, Government of Montenegro. While serving as a state secretary she engaged in activities and had responsibilities in ensuring accessibility, quality of education and appropriate educational infrastructure, and was appointed chair of several working groups. In 2024 she was appointed Advisor to the Deputy Prime minister for Demography and Youth, focusing on international relations, initiatives, analyses and proposals. She participated in a large number of forums, conferences and seminars.
